Covering a site area of 40000 m2 and building area of 0,000 m2 the workshop is constructed in according with Industrial 4.0 intelligent standards, including 9000 m2 of 200,000 levels dust-free purification workshop. Equipped with 4 sets of BOBST high-speed printing production lines the printing speed reaches up to 400 m,min with up to 10 printing colors. The workshop is equipped with over 40 sets of high-speed film slitting and bag making machines that are able to produce a large variety of pouches and bags. Products categories include flat bottom bags/ stand up bags zipper bags, spout pouchesetc. The daily production of formed bag reaches 3 million pieces, and daily production of films reaches 50 tons. There are 8 sets of high-definition intelligent QC inspection equipment together with our stringent quality assurance policy that are able to ensure final customers satisfaction.With FDA’ EU102011 ISO9001 and FSSC22000 certified, we also implement the PDCA cycle improvement management system internally.
